We move, breathe, feel, process, and release in our somatic classes AND we have monthly events where we gather to explore Sarasota, learn, play, laugh, and create.

Healing in community involves building safety and trust in others AND a willingness to become intimately connected to yourself.

Root Collective Flow creates the space you need to go inward and rediscover yourself—the you that lives underneath all of the stress you’ve been carrying.

Our events + gatherings + mini-retreats create the space to rediscover how it feels to be in community when your nervous system is regulated and open for authentic connection.

Our membership is a guided, season-based journey — an immersive experience that mirrors the rhythm of nature to support you in healing from the inside out.

Over four seasons, we move through the four phases of nervous system and emotional healing:

Fall: Release

A time to slow down and let go.
This season invites you to soften your grip and exhale what’s been heavy — the expectations, the constant doing, the layers of tension you no longer need. As you release, your body begins to unwind, creating space for regulation and clarity to take root.

Winter: Rest + Restore

A season of stillness and deep repair.
Here, the nervous system learns safety through rest and quiet. You’re invited to settle inward, honor your body’s need for recovery, and allow the softness of this season to become medicine. In stillness, your system remembers how to trust calm.

Spring: Renew

A season of gentle reawakening.
As energy returns, so does your sense of possibility. Spring reminds your body what it feels like to expand without overwhelm — to stretch into new beginnings with support beneath you. Here, the nervous system learns to move from safety, not urgency.

Summer: Rise

A season of expression and vitality.
Summer invites you to live with more openness, presence, and joy. It is about integration — bringing the calm you cultivate into movement, connection, and celebration. This is where you rediscover your spark and play with how it feels to bring it to life.

Each season is a practice in attunement — teaching your body to regulate, rest, renew, and rise in rhythm with life itself. Over time, your healing becomes less about effort and more about remembering how to root, again and again, in safety and connection.
