Root Collective Flow and Mindful Gardening (February 8)

$65.00

Root Collective Flow at Mindful Blooms Farm

A Monthly Somatic Movement & Community Healing Experience

Join us for a two-hour Root Collective event held outdoors at Mindful Blooms Farm, where nervous system–informed movement, breath, and reflection supports you in releasing pent-up stress and emotions followed by time to ground and garden in the flower field.

This is not a fitness class.
It’s an invitation to slow down, feel, release, and reconnect—with your body, your emotions, and a circle of women moving together in nature.

We’ll begin with a class theme that honors the season, time for reflection and group discussion, and of course— somatic movement designed to support stress relief, emotional processing, and embodied presence. The container is intentionally spacious, grounded, and trauma-aware—allowing each participant to move at their own pace while being held in a field of collective safety.

After our closing rest, you’re welcome to:

  • Mindfully garden and tend to the flower field

  • Visit and connect with the animals

  • Or, when available, add on a u-pick flower experience

Come as you are.
Leave feeling steadier, softer, and more connected—to yourself and to something larger than you.

💐 Investment

$65 per person
Optional u-pick experience available when seasonal inventory allows (priced separately by the farm).
