RC Flow™Certification
A gentle, nervous system-informed framework that fosters emotional regulation and healing through somatic movement.
You’ve held space for others.
Now it’s time to deepen your own.
Whether you're a therapist, coach, yoga teacher, or facilitator—you already support transformation. But you’re craving a new way to lead. A way that feels more honest, more sustainable, and more true to your body.
You want to offer something that actually helps people come home to themselves— without abandoning yourself in the process.
RC Flow™ helps you do both:
Teach a powerful, nervous system-informed movement class
Receive deep, ongoing support in your own healing and embodiment
This certification is not just a skill-building experience.
It’s a return to self—and a forward path for your leadership.
✨ What is RC Flow™?
RC Flow is a trauma-informed somatic movement class rooted in:
Nervous system education
Breath + intuitive movement
Reflective journaling + inner processing
Group discussion and sharing circles (in the 90min version)
Classes follow a clear arc—from grounding all the way to standing—designed to meet participants wherever they are in their nervous system.
As a certified facilitator, you’ll learn to teach RC Flow in a way that’s structured, soulful, and sustainable and deeply aligned/authentic to you.

Is Certification Right for You?
RC Flow™ Certification might be exactly what you’re craving if:
You’re a therapist, coach, yoga teacher, or space-holder who wants to guide others through more than words or poses—you want to lead them into actual felt safety.
You’re tired of trainings that focus on techniques but ignore felt sensations in the body—you’re looking for something you can feel.
You want a method that’s simple, structured, and trauma-informed—without being clinical or cold.
You’re craving a community of women doing this work from a real place—not performance, not burnout.
You want your own healing to matter in the process—not just your ability to help others.
You’re building something. Maybe it’s a class, maybe a business, maybe a new version of you—and you want guidance that honors both the vision and the capacity it takes to bring it to life.
If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
RC Flow doesn’t ask you to change who you are.
It asks you to lead from who you really are—regulated, rooted, and real.
TWO CERTIFICATION PATHWAYS
🌿 Level 1: Rooted Facilitator
This is for therapists, yoga teachers, coaches, and space-holders ready to offer something new—while receiving the kind of inner work and nervous system support they rarely get in traditional training.
Whether you want to integrate somatic work into your therapy sessions, or offer group classes that move beyond physical poses, this training gives you both the structure and the embodiment to lead powerfully and compassionately.
You’ll walk away knowing how to teach the 60-minute RC Flow class—and with a deeper connection to your own body and leadership style.
*the 60 minute RC Flow version does not include group discussion/sharing circles
🌾 Level 2: Rooted Leader
Level 2 is for the woman who’s not just teaching a method—she’s building a movement.
If you’re ready to expand what you offer, hold deeper space, and create programs or a business that reflects your actual values and capacity, this path gives you the tools, support, and clarity to do it.
You’ll become certified to teach 90-minute RC Flow classes with space for discussion and emotional processing—while also learning how to build your own aligned, nervous system-supportive offerings with RC Flow principals and structure at the heart of it.

Students Are Saying…
My hope is that you’ll get to create this kind of space for your own students—where nervous systems soften and healing feels possible.
“I most look forward to the feeling of safety and calm I almost immediately find on my mat and in the space”
“I look forward to the space the class provides—a space where I can simply show up as I am, sit with myself, and explore whatever arises. The weekly themes have been incredibly powerful, often bringing insights and realizations I might not have uncovered on my own. Many of my “aha” moments come while journaling and reflecting on the theme, and then deepen as I connect with my body—listening to what it needs, and moving through self-massage or gentle movement. The experience challenges me on a deep, personal level and allows me to process emotions and thoughts in a meaningful way.
”
“The things that I’m learning and processing are being holistically experienced—somatically—not just like head knowledge that goes in one ear and out the other. It’s changed how I relate to my body and emotions on a regular basis. It’s literally given me the language and the muscle of actually tuning into my body and asking what it needs.”
Meet Your Instructor
Alissa Vreeland
Founder of Root Collective™ + Creator of RC Flow™
Alissa brings over a decade of experience in trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and embodied group work. She continues to see clients virtually through her private practice, supporting individuals across Pennsylvania.
She created RC Flow to help both practitioners and clients reconnect to themselves through the body—not just the mind.
Trained in nervous system-informed movement, somatic awareness, trauma-sensitive yoga, and breathwork, Alissa blends clinical insight with intuitive presence. Her approach is rooted in safety, honesty, and a deep respect for each person’s inner wisdom.
RC Flow was born from a gap Alissa noticed in both the therapy and movement worlds—a disconnect between mind, body, and spirit. Most modalities support one (maybe two), but rarely all three. RC Flow bridges that gap. She began teaching the class in Florida and it quickly grew into a full membership community. Students describe RC Flow as the first space where they feel truly safe in their body—able to slow down, be seen without judgment, and support themselves exactly as they are.
It’s a method, a rhythm, and a way of being—and Alissa is here to help you embody it, teach it, and bring it to life in your own unique way.
