You value the journey of personal transformation.

You are on that journey yourself and have led others through it as well. Maybe you’re a therapist, coach, wellness practioner, or yoga teacher. Maybe you already own a physical space that sparks renewal, healing, and peace.

But you’ve been craving a more expansive way to lead. A way that feels more impactful, more sustainable, and truer to what you intuitively know people are craving: embodiment and belonging.

You want to build something that helps people come home to themselves with grounding classes and experiences and a safe community container to feel anchored to.

You’re also probably desiring to live your life with more spaciousness and ease, while still scaling and growing your impact and your income.

Starting a Root Collective™ community allows you to:

  • Teach a powerful, nervous system-informed somatic movement class

  • Build a local, in-person community that unlocks a new layer of healing for your members

  • Build your own autonomous business with a proven system (the RC Methodology) to guide you

  • Find a community of like-minded leaders to build alongside of

What is Root Collective™?

Root Collective™ is a nervous-system–informed somatic movement and community healing model designed to help people come home to themselves—through their bodies, their breath, and the safety of collective experience.

At its heart, Root Collective™ bridges the gap between traditional 1-1 support and community movement classes. It offers a pathway to regulate, release emotions, and reconnect to self through embodied movement/journaling/and group discussion—while also prioritizing the belonging and relational safety of a thoughtfully curated community container that includes events, retreats, and workshops.

We believe healing isn’t meant to happen in isolation.
It happens through co-regulation, shared presence, and movement that helps the body finally exhale and release what it’s been holding.

Root Collective™ gives licensees a way to expand their impact without expanding their burnout. It gives communities a place to gather, move, breathe, and transform together.

It gives you as a community leader and licensee a clear structure to grow, facilitate, and create sustainable income while honoring your own nervous system capacity.

Is Licensing the Root Collective™ Methodology Right for You?

Licensing the Root Collective™ methodology is perfect for the wellness practioner or business owner who knows they’re meant to guide healing in a bigger, more embodied way— but doesn’t want to waste years trying to create and refine a method that truly works, generates income, and is sustainable (Alissa has spent a decade doing that work for you!)

It’s right for you if…

You’re craving deeper work.

You love your wellness work, but you feel the limits of 1:1 work or studio/wellness spaces where the community isn’t as connected as you hoped for. You want to help people shift at the level of body, breath, and lived experiences.

You desire community-based healing.

You believe in the power of co-regulation, shared presence, and group transformation. You’re ready to lead spaces where people feel connected, supported, and not alone (in-person).

You’re longing for more spaciousness.

Your current schedule might be full, scattered, or energetically heavy. You want to create recurring monthly income without adding more sessions, more hours, more offerings, or overextending your nervous system.

You’re ready to expand your impact.

You know you have more to offer. You want to teach, lead, facilitate gatherings, and create experiences that help people transform in real time—not just talk about transformation.

You want a proven structure that still feels like you.

You don’t want to reinvent the wheel. You want a clear and embodied class structure and a successful business model that still leaves space to add your personality, creativity, and unique spin.

You value nervous-system aligned work.

You want to expand your impact without sacrificing your own well-being. You want to own and build a business that also supports your regulation as a leader.

You’re lit up by the idea of bringing the Root Collective™ methodology to your community and you know the need for this work is present in your area.

What Our Members Are Saying…

We’ll help you create this kind of space for your own members—where nervous systems soften and healing feels possible.

I most look forward to the feeling of safety and calm I almost immediately find on my mat and in the space
— Holly
I look forward to the space the class provides—a space where I can simply show up as I am, sit with myself, and explore whatever arises. The weekly themes have been incredibly powerful, often bringing insights and realizations I might not have uncovered on my own. Many of my “aha” moments come while journaling and reflecting on the theme, and then deepen as I connect with my body—listening to what it needs, and moving through self-massage or gentle movement. The experience challenges me on a deep, personal level and allows me to process emotions and thoughts in a meaningful way.
— Julie
The things that I’m learning and processing are being holistically experienced—somatically—not just like head knowledge that goes in one ear and out the other. It’s changed how I relate to my body and emotions on a regular basis. It’s literally given me the language and the muscle of actually tuning into my body and asking what it needs.
— Christine

Meet the Founder

Alissa Vreeland

- anxiety therapist, certified yoga teacher, creator of RC -

Alissa brings over a decade of experience in trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and embodied group work. She continues to see clients virtually through her private practice, supporting individuals across Pennsylvania.

She created Root Collective Flow to help both practitioners and clients reconnect to themselves through the body—not just the mind.

Trained in nervous system-informed movement, somatic awareness, trauma-sensitive yoga, and breathwork, Alissa blends clinical insight with intuitive presence. Her approach is rooted in safety, honesty, and a deep respect for each person’s inner wisdom.

Root Collective was born from a gap Alissa noticed in both the therapy and movement worlds—a disconnect between mind, body, and spirit. Most modalities support one (maybe two), but rarely all three. Root Collective bridges that gap. She began teaching the class in Florida and it quickly grew into a full membership community with more locations coming.

Students describe Root Collective as the first space where they feel truly safe in their body—able to slow down, be seen without judgment, and support themselves exactly as they are while feeling held by others.
